For manufacturers working with standard-sized profiles and frequent production changeovers, the answer is the TKE 938: a fully enclosed 4-axis CNC machining centre that contains chips and reduces noise. The electrospindle rotates automatically from -90° to +90°, machining three faces of the profile without manual repositioning. The clamps are positioned automatically by a CNC axis, and all axes use absolute positioning, eliminating the need for homing on restart.

For larger profiles, the gantry machining centre family offers a working range extending beyond 9 metres. The TKE 954, the entry-level model in the range, features an 8.5 kW HSK-63F electrospindle and machines three faces directly, extending to five with an angle head. The TKE 955 adds a fifth axis to machine all five faces directly, with cutting and separation from bar stock integrated into the same CNC cycle. In the HP versions, dynamic pendular machining reduces downtime between cycles, while a laser scanner ensures safety even when processing asymmetric workpieces.

Production under control with Voilàp Connect

Voilàp Connect comes as standard across the range. The cloud-based IoT platform monitors machines, energy consumption and production status in real time from PCs, tablets and smartphones. These measurements and data analyses make it easier to improve production capacity, reduce energy consumption and waste, and anticipate maintenance needs.
