TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED Browsing data Within their normal operation, computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. Data provided voluntarily by user The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's email, necessary for responding to requests, and of any other personal data included in the message. Furthermore, the data controller acquires standard identifiers and contact details, (e.g. name, address, telephone number etc.), following any contact made by filling the forms in the website’s ‘Contact us’ pages.
PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION Data may be collected and processed for the following purposes: a) general purposes: data is processed in order to satisfy/respond to queries. The personal data provided by users who request informative material (bulletins, CD-ROMs, catalogues, price lists, answers to questions, documents, etc.) are used only to provide the service requested. b) direct marketing purposes: the free, optional, specific and explicit user consent, which may be revoked at any time, enables user data to be used also to send communications/advertising material via post, email, telephone, fax, whatsapp, sms, mms, App, newsletter and similar methods; consent can be revoked at any time and without any expense.

LEGAL BASIS The legal basis for processing for the purposes listed in the previous paragraph, point a) is the legitimate interest of the Controller to manage and administer the site, and to improve and develop online services, pursuant to Art. 6, para 1, letter f). The lawfulness of the processing for the purposes listed in the previous paragraph, letter b) is given by the user consent, freely expressed, pursuant to Art. 6, para 1 letter a) of the Regulation.
PROCESSING METHOD AND LOCATION Personal data will be processed with paper instruments/supports and electronic/computerized/telematic systems, in full compliance with the law, according to the principles of lawfulness and fairness and protection of your privacy. Specific measures will be implemented to prevent data leaks, unlawful or unfair uses and unauthorized access. All processing related to the web services of this website takes place at the Controller’s headquarters and is carried out exclusively by a small number of authorized company employees in the administration, marketing, IT and sales departments.
STORAGE TIME In compliance with the principles of necessity and proportionality, data is stored only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the objectives for which they were collected. In detail, data collected for general purposes will be stored for the time required to address the requests of the interested party. Data collected for direct marketing purposes will be stored for no longer than 24 months, unless consent is withdrawn earlier.

RIGHTS OF USERS Regarding the data processing described above, users can exercise the rights provided in the Regulation (Art. 15-21), including: > confirming the existence of their personal data and accessing their content (right of access); > updating, changing and/or correcting their personal data (right of rectification); > requesting the cancellation or limitation of the data processed in violation of the law, including those that were collected for purposes that do not require storing or processing (right of erasure and limitation); > opposing the processing (right to oppose); > revoking consent, where given, without prejudice to the legality of the processing based on consent before the revocation; > filing a claim with the relevant Authority in the event of violation of the rules on personal data protection; > receiving a copy of the data in electronic format and request that the data is transferred to another data controller (right to data portability).
